Befriend your Cosmic self - Week 6: Ancestral healing

What is the most immersive healing process you've come across on your Life Path?
For me, the answer is clear - it fits within the category of ancestral healing. In the week 6 of our journey, we listened to the stories of our ancestry, traverse the portals of our lineages and welcomed the presence of our ascended ancestors. In the group meditation journeys we invited some of the Souls from our lineages that have been lost/traumatised and reflected the blueprint for their healing. With the assistance of beings from angelic realm and some of our own star families we hold a bridge for all of those that have been ready to make next step on their own evolutionary journey. And eventually, we invoked the possibility of shifting our own DNA - retracting the imprints of the hybridisation process and opening the telomeres to be able to transduce more of the higher-dimensional energy.
Does it sound out of this world? Dwelling deep in the spectrum of ancestral healing is where the journey of welcoming your authentic energies in this human form really takes place.
Stories from the bloodline
Let me begin by sharing personal experience from my journey, since my living space including Forest Sanctuary is part of the land inhabited by my ancestors. I came to this space nearly 9 years ago, when it was an abandoned farm, deprived of living people. Once a place of thriving pottery, run by our great grandfather, progressively reached it's demise over many decades. With the clutter and trash laying in all forms around the property, infrastructure falling apart and the overall feeling of heavy energy around it all. There were spaces of hidden gem/beauty too, covered under the layers of dust, resembling the feeling of hidden secrets.
Even though, I've heard different stories of my ancestors and their land as a child, I often times kept wandering - what might have happened on the land, as I was starting to breathe new life in the property.
The communication channels with those that have already passed in the after-life opened on various occasions. In line with our story of creating Space by the Forest we were cleaning remains of the old, empathising with their pain and sense of loss, and eventually holding the open space for the healing, that never took place in their lifetime. Trauma from the war, immense scarcity mentality and fight for survival, were speaking into tough farm life. On the other hand many unresolved siblings dynamics - friendships that eventually turned towards competition and even jealousy. And the parental feelings, that of losing the child, speaking practically as well as metaphorically, after they failed to find the successor of their land and property...
I was never interested in their stories, however I wanted to connect with the feelings that they carried inside even on a death bed. Metaphorically speaking, ancestral healing has been happening through us, who were living on this place in the last decade.
When Forest Sanctuary was built and we started hosting people here, some of the ancestors were still unsettled about it. It became clear that they carried this general feeling of not wanting to welcome others, resulting from their own fear and sense of abandonment. Even though I often times, honoured their contribution and held ceremonies of gratitude, I had to eventually be very clear about my outlook with the land. We are neither farmers, nor are we here to remain their pottery craft. Even though we engage in all of those activities, we are creating a healing space, that would eventually serve as the platform of the Ascension process.
It was with this sentiment, that I could meet their position, honour their pain and address the yearning in themselves, which they might not even be aware of. Those that were not ready, had to leave (until they might wish to re-join and undertake their healing), and some others felt to join as the Guides from the etheric plane.
As the epitome of this process, I feel to share the following writing from Hannah:
To All Who Came Before Us.
Do you feel it?
Do you see the twinkle in our eyes, the gentle sunlight kissing our golden skin?
This is no fairytale. This is the magic of the twenty-first century.
We know, you lived outside as well. Forests, huts, farms.
Yes, we returned. But with a Dream.
Our hearts not filled with worry of survival, but with a passion to thrive.
The breath inside stretching out again to the stars and beyond from where we came.
Our bodies melting into the river of Life.
Can you feel it?
It was all for you, too. So you may carry the memory with you from now on.
It was not just pain and suffering as your longing drowned in the night of sorrow.
Take one more breath and feel your lungs fill with hope again.
The joy of Spring coursing through your veins, as you realize you may see another Summer.
It was Us all along, stretching out our hands from Beyond.
Thank you for your strength, your patience, your diligence. Your courageous heart.
You may rest now in the tall grasses of golden meadows.
Activational process of (y)our own multidimensional DNA
As part of this earthly experience we all inherit DNA of the human lineage we were born into. All of the life experiences of our ancestors, which are imprinted through the course of time, resulted in the unique structure of the genetic material that comes with the physical body.
But what happens if you might be able to take away all of those experiences, and transcend the blueprint that has been crafted through the physicality of Life. That's when you might become able to recognise the prehistoric ancestry of our human existence - the original essence coming from the stars.
Speaking in energetic terms, the blueprint for this human existence, came from different star beings. They have been morphing the energy field of early humanoid species by activating specific codons, as to be able to assimilate more of the higher-dimensional/cosmic energy. That is the true beginning or sort of archetypal memory of the idea of Heaven on Earth.

Holding the awareness of this process as the possibility within the energy field is how we actually undertook the process of ancestral healing. Here are main highlights:
First, we relax and settle with the physical body as to be able to expand our Consciousness to the astral plane. It is our own physical DNA, that opens a doorway to the akashic memories of our earthly lineage.
It might help for people to invoke connection to particular family member, especially if there are some unresolved challenges. Afterwards we invite the Souls from the lineage, that might wish to take part in the healing.
In the process we wish to come as close as possible to understand/honour/accept their situation. It is important to keep in mind, that we are merely the observer of the process. Even though we might feel and empathise with their feelings, we just allow them to simply move through, without getting lost in the stories.
You can imagine this process like reading a family book of experiences or looking at photo album. However, once you have witnessed it all, the invitation is to let go of any attachment to those stories. This is what some might call cutting the cords. Yet my invitation here is usually very gentle reminder, to release the stories/connection that are no longer serving the evolutionary Pathway of the Soul.
The assistance of the ascended ancestors might be beneficial in this process, even though it might be merely your own presence that would be able to reflect the light at the end of the tunnel. At this point there are many Souls in the etheric planes of the Earth, that are serving as the bridge for others in their ascension process.
You might come across the connections to specific group of Souls, either from your earthly lineage or possibly connect with some of the past-life experiences. If the initial traumatic imprint has been addressed, they would be naturally ready to move on. In this case, the assistance of angelic beings can be called in to support.
Eventually, we come to a place of opening/welcoming the frequency of your own star lineage. Through the the reverence of the earthly experiences, different star beings might join the process, and uphold an energetic signature of their authentic nature. This might offer people the possibility of attuning with their resonance on the Soul level.
Macro-cosmic reflection of the process of ancestral healing
When you consider the (hi)story of the human race, you can not go without bloodshed, abuse, loss of sovereignty, severe disconnection from nature..., just in the spawn of few generations.
Since my own awakening process has been deeply intertwined with the process of ancestral healing, I wish to offer a question. Are we truly going to be able to bring it all to an end, without transferring many of those conflicts to some other plane of existence?
There is some sort of distilled wisdom, that is reflected to me through the experiences of all of those that came before us. No matter what individual human Souls endured, you can not beat the good-heartedness out of the human spirit. Yes, it might take a while for people to process; maybe even some generations to forget of the acute trauma, but there will always be those that are able to amplify the Remembrance of the divine blueprint embedded in human species. And, exactly in this moment in time, the collective is witnessing the return of the Ancient One's.
We are the ones we have been waiting for. And it is time for you to remember, dear Soul.
