How do our gatherings work and insights from September retreat
We recently completed our September retreat of Cosmic Embrace. This was the first gathering at our Space after welcoming a new Soul in our family, earlier in the Summer. In this article you can read more about the nature of our energy work, including the latest insights from the gathering.
Like most places in Europe we've had a Summer with multiple heat waves, which caused severe draught on the land. With the peak temperatures, the energy field felt suppressed to me at many occasions. As if some heavy blanket closed down the atmosphere, making it difficult to fully connect. During the gathering, when I asked participants about their experience of the Summer, they were reporting on different challenges and the feeling of disconnect from the natural Flow.
There was a change in weather just some days prior to the gathering. The incoming storms brought rain and the temperatures suddenly dropped. In terms of energy, it created a strong cleansing effect, and suppression dissipated quickly. The interplay of rain and emergent cloud formations spoke to me about the incoming energies. When I noticed a rainbow just a couple of days prior to our gathering, it felt like a sign for the imminent arrival of the Rainbow tribe. It was a shy rainbow with an unusually high arch, calling for more work to be done as the group gathers.
On the retreats of Cosmic Embrace we basically share intrinsic aspects of our daily lives with participants. People who join us are invited for a deeper immersion and to partially experience living in the woods. The gathering is of an energetic nature and the main process is woven around our shared time in the Forest Sanctuary. This is a specifically designed mediation studio in the Forest, which acts as a portal for incoming energies. People are often reporting the feeling of connections across the veil becoming greatly enhanced.
The backbone of its structure is simply made out of fallen logs, whilst its metaphysical counterpart, Consciousness of Trees, serves as a bridge in the connection.
Our work is a blend of the Elemental energies (from Earth's kingdoms) and those of more cosmic origin. Depending on the nature of the gathering, we may welcome the energy of various Star-being nations, Dragon families, collective fields (Auroras, angelic lineages)...
For people that are new to our work, it might sound very expanded and pretty out there. Yes indeed, this is often considered as the sexy part of our work, which can naturally elicit from a deep healing immersion. We are looking to point towards a Pathway through our individual journeys and invite people to honestly look at the challenges they are facing in their very human lives. It can also happen that some deeper knowing or "AHA" moment happens when listening to the reflections of other people from the group. People in each group are drawn together by some shared resonance in their inquires, and there is usually a silver lining connecting us all throughout the process.
The basis of our energy work is the breakthrough process. This is a straightforward method of amplifying the constricting/blocking energy as to express it in the first place. When it is fully expressed it can be released. This enables the emergence of a natural Flow of energy, where it becomes possible to reclaim the lost/blocked aspects of the Soul.
On the particular gathering we took a closer look at the internal and wider planetary Shift from 3D to 5D. After presenting my viewpoint upon the evolutionary journey of human Consciousness, we were reflecting upon challenges people might experience on the way.
In our gatherings we pay special attention to the journey across the karmic plane (4D portal). We are living in times where Planet Earth is progressively increasing its vibratory rate and has already entered the portal in 4D. This process influences all Life on the planet, as the old constructs and way of living are being challenged to the core. In my observations this is currently creating a split in society - where upon some Souls are recognising the impetus of journeying through their individual karmic template and shifting their Consciousness towards higher planes. On the individual level, this process usually takes years of committed inner work. For those that are hearing my words and consider joining the New Paradigm on Earth, I feel to strongly reflect - the time of the Shift is now! Yes, it might take some more years in the physical for the process to complete. But only the Souls preparing their Consciousness and doing the necessary (inner) work, would be able to withstand the faster vibrations and join the Life in the New paradigm.
Our gatherings normally include a guided karmic regression journey. This is where we travel across space/time and expand our Consciousness to the 4D astral plane. In this way, one can recognise their main karmic theme or pattern, which often times plays out in subsequent lives. With these journeys it is important to create a strong and coherent energetic container first. We do this by relaxing the body first and most importantly opening through the body. I feel to mention the caution of mainstream spiritual practices, where people are often travelling multidimensionally out of their bodies. This can create an empty spot in their fields, which attracts lost and wayward entities.
This healing process is essential part of our group journey on the retreat. We work by interrelating individual experiences with wider energies from the energy field itself.
For example, on this particular gathering we looked closely at the feeling of aloneness and abandonment. We recognised how some of the energies or particular practices from spiritual mainstream actually tend to present a glass ceiling in the awakening process. Those energies create a temporary relief from the pain, and bind individuals into communities oriented around the "bubbles of oneness". Nevertheless, people would still report on the lack of internal resonance.
When addressing the lack of coherency and embodied expression in particular practices, it revealed deep seated wounds of particular Starsoul groups. The challenge of incarnating into the density of Earth's field and losing the connection to their Soul/Star family. It is just when the initial wound of loss/abandonment has been addressed directly with the Soul groups, that we could truly embrace the sense of aloneness. And what's even more - also the Star beings were feeling the sense of loss and sadness. They witnessed a member of their tribe becoming subdued in the Earth's dynamics and feeling they can not truly reach down to them. Acknowledging the feelings on both sides, the healing can now take place.
We completed the healing process with a fire ceremony. Participants were invited to release either an aspect of their pain body or symbolic representation of their past connections. It was one of the highlights of our group process. Heartfelt offerings to the fire, were accompanied by sparks of the fiery Elementals and deva of the Forest danced with us through the flames.
It is always nice to witness where Gifts of the people naturally come to the surface with the healing ceremony. We listened to the beautiful singing and felt the warrior energy of Vikings coming along. The playful energy came through the music, where Arcturians cut through some serious situations with their humor. And the group joined forces in singing the indian mantras too, invoking the Shiva energy within the circle.
The evening was the point where the spiritual and physical worlds truly meet. Not that they were separated in the first place. But the internal barriers have now melted enough, that each one becomes a weaving tapestry of the greater multidimensional field surrounding our human existence. And, when it was about time to leave, a special guest emerged right in the centre of our fireplace. It was a Black dragon, and with some imagination we could see the entire face, with two eyes, nose and flame from the mouth speaking to us.
In the exchange that followed, I was astonished to hear that one of the participants was shown a cave with a Black Dragon earlier on our regression journey. As the energy was released within our circle, we got to know that it is the burner of the old constructs. It's actually strong and intense energy to hold in your field, one might understandably want to push it away. But it's coming to awaken something of your true self, which might be deep sleeping underneath. Its role is to simply push back any of the intrusive energies, which might be feeding of your energy through the karmic wounds.
At the end of the day, we had no other choice but to welcome the strong, cleansing flame of Black Dragon.
When navigating a group process, this kind of feedback loops become simply priceless. As the subtle feelings or visions from of your inner experience reach you in a down to Earth manner, it touches something deep with everyone. I simply knew, we were greeted by Black Dragon as to propel our Consciousness for the completion of the gathering.
This is where we inquired about the New Crystalline grid and its co-creation. It is a web of energy around the planet, which in my knowing serves as the energetic foundation for the emerging Life in the New paradigm. But you don't have to wait for it in the future, the energy can already be harnessed from it and brought to our human lives. I like to bring it alive through an active meditation. Over the years, I've incorporated an ancient Amazonian breathwork technique with opening through the chakras. On the gatherings of Cosmic Embrace we also invite Star-being energies in the process and the meditation studio quickly starts vibrating faster.
For people who are new to our work, this might feel tiresome at the beginning. By now, the group has already expanded to a much greater fractal we are all an intrinsic part of. So, it might be feeling quite intense, especially if there are still many blockages carried in your subconscious. Yet, the unleashing of this energy has a great revelatory effect too. We brought the energy of your greater Self in the microcosm of your human life. The best way is simply to dance with it. You might get a sense of energy just from the following photo>
I've presented an intrinsic part of our group process - starting with a deep healing journey, usually leading to a greater opening and sense of celebration. The crucial word, that I feel to invoke at this point is integration. What might this experience mean for people, as they continue with their every day life after the retreat?
One thing is certain for me. If people truly engaged with the process, shifts in the energy field are inevitable. You might have come in contact and unlocked new aspects of your Soul, and this energy will eventually guide you onwards. People might come to our work with all sorts of challenges in their living environment, resources, relationships,... How to effectively approach it?
That's why I like to invite the exploration about particular dynamic from individual life, considering the energies we've been working with during the retreat. In approaching it, the group journeys once more. We often times simply embark on the hike in the Forest, visit a high energy spot in the area, or invite people to simply roam out on their own. In this we also open to Nature and the Universe to reflect to us some object which might point our direction onwards, or show us the symbolism on how to approach our situation.
Journeys of this kind tend to be highly alchemical. What happens through it, is that people start to develop their own language of communication and interrelation with the energy field. Everything can get a meaning shaped through your inner lenses. When I listened to the experiences of everyone from our group, I could hear the common topic of anchoring higher-dimensional energies deeper into the Earth's field. Followed by the Dragon awakening we connected particularly with Auroras, and people came across the portals created by elemental beings in the Forest.
Underneath the spoken words, there is this feeling of Bon voyage. When a group comes together, it might seem that you are about to spent 3 days with someone who seemingly randomly appeared on your Path. By the end of the gathering people would hopefully recognise, that we are all sailing in the same boat, which I feel given to call Cosmic Embrace.
I would like to share an intercept of a Hopi prophecy here. It goes like this:
There is a river flowing now very fast. It is so great and swift that there are those who will be afraid. They will try to hold on to the shore. They will feel they are being torn apart and will suffer greatly. Know the river has its destination. The elders say we must let go of the shore, push off into the middle of the river, keep our eyes open, and our heads above the water.
And I say, see who is in there with you and celebrate. At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally, least of all ourselves. For the moment that we do, our spiritual growth and journey come to a halt.
The time of the lone wolf is over. Gather yourselves! Banish the word ’struggle’ from your attitude and your vocabulary. All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner and in celebration.
We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. 🙏🏽
With our completing photo, it might look like a group of people completing their meditation retreat in the forest. I dare to say to you - our work is not about meditation, but learning how to come in the centre stream of the river and keep our heads above the water.
The river is, of course, the greater planetary Shift. And don't be distracted by those people around you who are desperately clinging on to the shore, holding on to the passing age of materiality. Neither be fooled by so called spiritual people around you, who are proclaiming the coming of a New age, yet barely dipped their toes in the murky waters of their awakening journeys. It takes a lot of courage, commitment and perseverance. And if you are truly going with the centre stream, you're likely going to be the odd one, the minority in the vast ocean of Consciousness truly ready for the Home-coming journey. I say to you, it is worth it!

Our next retreat will take place in the 3rd week of November during the Pleiadian gateway (20th-22nd). We will take a closer look at the completion of the Shift cycle, the so called Event and any karmic fear associated with it.
